Additional insurance plans (Humana, Cigna, and Anthem) will be added soon. Please contact us to verify your insurance benefits.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. To ensure fairness and respect for both our practitioners and other patients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our cancellation policy below:

    • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

    • Cancellations, changes, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
